Scottsdale, AZ – August  15, 2008 – Press1toTalk.com announced today the official launch of CallFocus – a internet telephony software program that allows dealers instant communication with all online purchase requests.

The inspiration for CallFocus came from CEO John Thomas, former automotive executive. “I  saw a need for automotive sale professionals to contact potential customers rapidly via a phone call. Using text to speech technology, lead information is given to the salesperson answering the phone. After hearing the customer’s name, vehicle of interest, and phone number – all the salesperson has to do is press ‘1’ to speak with the customer. Mr. Ament states “Contacting the customer quickly after the request, and being the first to do so, dramatically increases the closing rate at which the customer will buy from you.”

CallFocus requires no software install, no phone system maintenance, and is compatible with most CRM systems. CallFocus also has a “live response seeker” that will call up to 6 dealership phone numbers looking for a live salesperson to handle the consumer request.
